Job Description:

Our client a multinational brand specializing in office products is looking for Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing – Office Products.

Position is based in JAFZA, Dubai.

Job Description

  • Manages Project & Partners channel sales & Marketing of the System Solutions and Solution Products and services for Office Products in the Middle East and Africa by positive and aggressive activities planning ,Identifies objectives, strategies and marketing plans to expanding short- and long-term sales and profitability.
  • Analysis the Projects and products market and Set up the marketing strategy and planning for Mid-term/Long Term plan/Business Plan.
  • Establish along with Division head proper business operating standards, policies and procedures.
  • Research and analysis the market trends and competitor’s activities, planning our marketing activities and feed back to the factories.
  • Achieving Business Plan Target (Sales / Profit / Project A&P/Inventory).
  • Plan and Execute Sales Promotion and Project support with budget control.
  • Negotiate the price, delivery and product inquiries with customers, factories and 3rd vendors.
  • Manage the countdown marketing for new product and solutions launching and exhibitions.
  • Manage, analysis and decide for OPSI with customers and factories under consideration of Technical Configurations and Solutions.
  • Manage the sales forecast based on OPSI and project management.
  • Product development study with the factories and solutions with Engineering and 3rd vendors.
  • Developing new sales channels, partners and manage for product training.
  • Support for Partners activities and technical spec-in activities with the consultants.

  • Organization and Management skill.

  • Documents designing and control skill.
  • Data Analysis and planning & Forecasting.
  • Multi-tasking skill.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Sales Engineer or Master’s in Business Administration.
  • PMP certificate will be an advantage.
  • Sales & Marketing certificate will be an advantage.
